Roughness, DIN 38455

DIN 38455:2024 is the first German standard for calculating roughness. Its text is not freely available, and the model it specifies could not be confirmed from public sources; a hearing-model roughness was proposed for DIN standardisation by Sottek & Becker (2019).

The current edition is DIN 38455:2024. No open-source implementation of it has been found.
